By accessing or using BuyMoreLocations.com (the "Service"), operated by BuyMoreLocations ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and others who access or use the Service.
BuyMoreLocations provides a managed satellite office service. We source, lease, and set up professional office space in commercial buildings on behalf of our customers. Each location includes a short-term lease, company signage installation, and related documentation. The Service is designed for legitimate business operations, including but not limited to meeting clients, dispatching service teams, and establishing a physical business presence in a given market.
Optional add-on services, including Google Business Profile verification assistance, are also available and subject to these Terms and any additional terms specified at the time of purchase.
You agree to use the satellite office spaces and related services only for lawful business purposes. You may use the office space for client meetings, team dispatching, consultations, business correspondence, and other legitimate commercial activities.

If you purchase the optional Google Business Profile Verification add-on, we will assist you in the process of creating and/or verifying a Google Business Profile at your satellite office address. You acknowledge and agree that:
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are due at the time of purchase. Each purchase includes an initial office lease term as specified in the selected pricing tier.
Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion. If we are unable to secure a suitable office space in your chosen market, you will receive a full refund. Once an office has been set up and signage installed, refunds are generally not available, as the lease and setup costs have been incurred.
If you purchased the Google Business Profile Verification add-on, the fee for this service is non-refundable once the verification process has been initiated, regardless of the outcome determined by Google.
Each satellite office comes with an initial lease term. After the initial term, you may extend the lease on a month-to-month basis at additional cost. The lease is between the Company and the building owner/landlord — you are a permitted occupant under our lease arrangement. We reserve the right to relocate your office to a comparable space within the same market if circumstances require, with reasonable notice.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (d) any content, information, or materials you provide in connection with the Service; or (e) your use of the office space or address in any manner not authorized by these Terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SEARCH ENGINE RANKINGS, BUSINESS LISTING VISIBILITY, OR CUSTOMER ACQUISITION.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. If we terminate your account due to a violation of these Terms, you will not be entitled to a refund. Upon termination, your right to use the office space and address ceases, and any signage will be removed.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Wilmington, Delaware. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit related to the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
